78. Hellraiser (Original vs Remake)

After a brief hiatus (and then a further 12 months off podcasting) Popcorn Digest is back! And in this latest episode, we’re puzzling over not one but two adaptions of Clive Barker’s The Hellhound Heart as we look at both 1987 and 2022’s HELLRAISER. But do we find delight in these grotesque depictions of love and death or is the battle of the Hellraisers about as pleasurable as a colonoscopy performed by Edward Scissorhands?
